Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Experience with facilitation and communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting, and Vlook Up.
  • Experience in thriving in ambiguous environments and excelling at building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients, internal stakeholders, and partners.
  • Experience in problem solving and communicating with customers to make recommendations for solutions to complex account concerns.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Federal Customers as a Global Enterprise Advisor.
  • Experience in auditing Federal/DOD customers to ensure contract compliance.
  • Experience in Federal contracting requirements.
  • Experience in negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in highly developed communications skills, able to establish rapport with business personnel at all levels.
  • Current BGCO experience working with Public Sector customers.
  • Experience working with VZW Billing Systems and BGCO tools, including: ACSS, WFM, VIP, BI&R, My Business/MBA, SFDC.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external partners for support for one of our largest enterprise customers.
  • Support the account and sales team to grow revenue, build strong partnerships, and maintain a healthy account score.
  • Manage the relationship between the Global Enterprise team, the sales team, and the enterprise customer.
  • Partner with the sales team on the overall strategy of our customer's complex solutions and lifecycle management.
  • Be the primary contact between the contract management, Business Finance Operations team, and sales teams to ensure that migrations are completed accurately.
  • Analyze large amounts of data to complete audits on highly complex profiles.
  • Audit CLIN customers, migrations, and other customer billing requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and provide continuous project management, tracking, and reporting for all purchase order/funding-related projects handled by the team.
  • Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding Verizon Wireless products, services, and technical support solutions offered to Wireless Federal customers.
  • Drive change by gathering, verifying, and distributing crucial information to enable cross-functional teams to align their efforts and swiftly resolve customer-impacting issues.
  • Be a proactive problem-solver capable of developing unique and creative solutions.
  • Provide recommendations, solutions, and feedback to both internal and external customers.
