Stibo Systems is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, GSI Alliances who is responsible for defining and executing the strategy to grow and scale relationships with Global System Integrators, resulting in increased deal flow, expanded market exposure, and long-term positioning of Stibo Systems as the preferred Master Data Management (MDM) provider across GSI-led transformation programs. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and creating high-impact partnerships that align with Stibo Systems' growth objectives across North America. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience with global consulting and systems integration firms to develop joint go-to-market strategies, foster long-term alliances, and deliver enterprise-level solutions in collaboration with strategic partners. GSI Strategy & Executive Alignment Own and execute the GSI partner strategy in alignment with company growth objectives, positioning Stibo Systems as the Master Data Management (MDM) platform of choice within priority GSIs. Manage a portfolio of strategic GSI partners to drive long-term value and market impact. Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Alliance, Industry, Practice, and Sales leaders to influence strategy, solution roadmaps, and joint investment priorities, while establishing compelling joint value propositions that support data, ERP, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. Pipeline Growth & Deal Acceleration Drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue through GSIs by identifying, shaping, and accelerating joint opportunities across target industries and accounts. Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to support GSI-sourced and influenced deals from early solution design through close, enabling partners through account mapping, opportunity qualification, and repeatable co-sell motions. Joint Solutions & Go-To-Market Execution Co-create industry- and use-case-specific MDM solutions with GSIs that align with their practices and evolving customer demands, strengthening market differentiation and relevance. Lead and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including demand generation campaigns, field enablement, customer events, and innovation or customer centers, ensuring GSIs are fully enabled on Stibo Systems’ value proposition, differentiation, and success stories. Partner Enablement & Internal Alignment Serve as the primary GSI liaison internally, ensuring strong alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partner Success to maximize the impact of strategic alliances. Provide insights from GSIs to influence product direction, roadmap priorities, and enablement investments, while tracking and reporting on partner performance, pipeline, and strategic impact through defined KPIs.
