About The Position

Nisga'a Tek is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst - Infrastructure to provide full-time onsite subject matter expertise throughout the term of the contract. The successful candidate will conduct all-source intelligence analysis to support NCMI's Global Health Infrastructure. The role requires senior-level skills and experience to identify no-strike health infrastructure in priority countries. NCMI is responsible for health infrastructure discovery and creating and updating facility records in the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) worldwide. Additionally, NCMI produces finished digitally layered intelligence products with geospatial PDF graphics depicting select infrastructure in priority cities, which are published on JWICs, SIPR, and NIPR systems depending on the classification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific-related area (Biology, Public Health, Health Care Administration, etc.)
  • At least 8-10 years' experience writing using ODNI/DIA analytic tradecraft standards and using MIDB production and retrieval applications.
  • TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all source intelligence assessments and finished intelligence products in formats approved by DIA/NCMI, meeting or exceeding DIA/NCMI quality and tradecraft standards.
  • Brief and communicate complex, technical information effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Perform open source and classified data searches for military/civilian health systems, medical and public health facility locations and capabilities related to priority country health infrastructure.
  • Gather and assess relevant information from all available sources, including the internet, newspapers, professional journals, target country health departments, and classified intelligence information data sources.
  • Create, update, populate, and review MIDB records associated with priority country health infrastructure.
  • Conduct onsite classified and unclassified infrastructure research, acquisition, management, data entry, quality control, visualization, and production of geospatial intelligence analysis.
  • Use and operate MIDB, NPW, RemoteView, ArcGIS, and various other IC tools, as well as commercial tools like Google Earth and Sketchup.
  • Conduct all-source intelligence to identify no-strike health infrastructure and assess the operational status of each facility.
