About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst (CI/HUMINT - Cyber) to provide analytical support to HUMINT and CI activities. The role involves producing and coordinating CI and HUMINT-focused analysis with other IC analysts, and providing J2X administrative support. The analyst will analyze human-derived information trends, patterns, source reliability and credibility, and support source validation efforts. Additionally, the position requires conducting analysis and network assessments to support CI and HUMINT activities, coordinating and responding to requests for information, evaluating reporting responding to collection requirements and gaps, and identifying, assessing, and prioritizing requirements, PIRs, and EEIs. The analyst will author USSPACECOM J2 all-source finished intelligence products, in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, 206 Analytic Tradecraft Standards, and the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production. The role also includes providing daily written, verbal, and visually represented all-source analytic support to the USSPACECOM Commander and customers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) on foreign space capabilities, identifying emerging threats, and supporting planning and development of Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category.
  • At least four years of experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's Degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's Degree with an additional 5 years of related Senior experience.
  • Certification: PACE, CDASA-I, JCITA, DISAP or ICAAP.
  • A Certified Department of Defense All-Source Analyst I (CDASA-I) is highly desired.
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical support to HUMINT and CI activities.
  • Produces and coordinates CI and HUMINT-focused analysis with other IC analysts.
  • Provides J2X administrative support.
  • Analyzes human-derived information trends, patterns, source reliability and credibility.
  • Conducts analysis and network assessments to support CI and HUMINT activities.
  • Coordinates and responds to requests for information.
  • Evaluates reporting responding to collection requirements and gaps.
  • Identifies, assesses, and prioritizes requirements, PIRs, and EEIs.
  • Authors USSPACECOM J2 all-source finished intelligence products.
  • Provides daily written, verbal, and visually represented all-source analytic support to the USSPACECOM Commander.
  • Identifies emerging threats and provides opportunities to counter adversaries.
  • Collects, fuses, and analyzes raw reporting across multiple-domain and multiple intelligence disciplines.
  • Supports planning, developing, collecting, recommending, and maintaining Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).
  • Adheres to the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production.
