Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Management, Aviation Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Three years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • One year of experience assisting passengers in an airport environment.
  • Valid Class C Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach team members to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee common use areas and conduct quality assurance inspections of terminal facilities.
  • Inspect, report, and schedule facility irregularities to ensure readiness.
  • Support airport stakeholders during irregular operations, flight diversions, and emergencies.
  • Facilitate special events and escort dignitaries and VIPs to/from the airport.
  • Ensure compliance with airport leases, contracts, and standards through observation and reporting.
  • Communicate with airline and airport personnel to resolve customer issues.
  • Promote collaboration and value passenger and team member input to enhance the passenger experience.
  • Manage information booth coverage and lost and found services to maintain a five-star quality.
  • Promote a safe and healthy environment through the Safety Management System.
