About The Position

AirQuest Aviation at Beaver County Airport is looking to hire a full-time Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Site Manager to join their growing team. AirQuest Aviation is a fixed-base operator (FBO) with two locations, Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport (KBTP) and Beaver County Airport (KBVI), providing services across 48 US States, the Bahamas, and Canada. Founded in 2007 by entrepreneur Stephen Muck, it has grown rapidly into the region's premiere FBO, offering luxurious charters, ground, maintenance, flight school, and management services. In this position, the Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Site Manager plays a vital role, performing a variety of important tasks including aircraft inspections, general repairs, overhauling, modifications, operational checks, and routine servicing. The role requires organizational and time-management skills to perform maintenance tasks efficiently and on schedule, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate mechanical issues to the maintenance team to help research and resolve problems. The job involves performing tasks both indoors and outdoors and completing additional projects and tasks as they arise, ensuring that planes are flight-ready.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Airframe and Powerplant licenses
• Experience with Piston Engines
• 5+ years General Aviation (GA) aircraft maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
