The Senior Aircraft Level Project Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating engineering activities at the aircraft level to ensure successful integration of systems and components. This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep technical expertise in aircraft systems and structures integration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in aircraft development or related engineering roles.
Strong understanding of aircraft systems architecture, aircraft structures, and certification requirements.
Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects at the aircraft level.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in engineering tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and deliverables for activities across all engineering disciplines for each major aircraft project.
Create and implement engineering processes and procedures to support program execution and compliance.
Ensure schedule and engineering processes in compliance with regulatory standards (FAA, EASA).
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve program milestones.
Ensure measures are in place to organize and control the tasks, the priorities & budget control, with appropriate levels of visibility to issues and risks and associated mitigation plan.
Act as the primary interface between engineering teams and program management.
Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and IT for tool implementation and support as part of the overall Engineering and Product Development roadmap
