  • Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions for federal or public-sector clients.
  • Experience managing projects from ideation through production deployment.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines (prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to participate in engineering discussions and code-level decisions.
  • Fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, Terraform, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of federal data management, governance, and security requirements.

  • Design AI-Native Solutions: Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems, including large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, data architectures, and orchestration workflows.
  • Accelerate Delivery: Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) and development teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate functional solutions.
  • Forge Partnerships: Serve as the primary technical liaison between government clients, internal engineering teams, and implementation partners.
  • Prototype and Validate: Build proof-of-concept projects to validate designs and demonstrate measurable value.
  • Ensure Compliance and Security: Design solutions aligned with FedRAMP, security accreditation, ethical AI standards, and federal data governance policies.
  • Codify and Scale Best Practices: Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and reference architectures to scale AI capabilities across agencies.
  • Drive Executive Alignment: Communicate business impact and influence leadership buy-in through clear storytelling and solution framing.
