Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading complex product initiatives.
• Experience building and shipping consumer-facing or B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Strong fluency in AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into product solutions.
• Exceptional product sense, balancing qualitative and quantitative insights to deliver scalable and delightful experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments.

Responsibilities

• Defining the product strategy and vision for AI-powered safety solutions, ensuring clarity and actionable goals.
• Identifying high-impact opportunities and translating insights into prioritized product initiatives.
• Leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and legal to build scalable AI platforms and solutions.
• Designing agentic user experiences that are intuitive, human-centered, and adaptable.
• Establishing metrics to measure product success, monitoring progress, and iterating based on insights.
• Engaging with users to understand their needs, frustrations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Keeping abreast of AI/ML advancements and digital safety trends to maintain competitive advantage.
