About The Position

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead our Product SKUs vertical. Your mandate is Productization at Scale: transforming custom field work into a robust, versioned, and standardized product library. As a Senior lead, you will help us move from "custom solutions" to "standard products.". You will decide how we package our technology—defining the taxonomy of our SKUs. You will build the rigorous evaluation harnesses that allow us to guarantee performance, and you will equip our Go-To-Market teams with the deep technical context needed to sell value, not just hype.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management, Platform PM, or Technical Product Management experience.
  • 2+ years in AI/ML or Developer Platform products (e.g., APIs, SDKs, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to abstract complex, one-off solutions into generalizable platforms or frameworks.
  • Rigorous Documentation: You treat documentation as a product. You have experience writing technical specs that engineers love and sales guides that actually get used.
  • Evaluation/QA Background: Experience with MLOps, model evaluation, or automated testing frameworks is critical.
  • Analytical Discipline: Ability to analyze usage data to make deprecation decisions or identify high-leverage product opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Productize Patterns: Convert proven field implementations into repeatable SKUs. Manage the lifecycle to ensure high reuse rather than a sprawling catalog of custom fixes.
  • Define SKU Taxonomy: Categorize products based on use-case intent, constraints, and required outputs—not just technology labels.
  • Build Evaluation Harnesses: Create the "definition of done" for each SKU: datasets, labeling standards, metrics, thresholds, and regression suites.
  • Sales Enablement: Create documentation and reference implementations (e.g., "When to use SKU Z," "Known limitations") so Business Development can recommend the right solution for specific customer constraints.
  • Manage Lifecycle: oversee versioning, deprecation, and the discipline to not proliferate SKUs with minor differentiation.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits package.
  • 401k Match (US-based only)
  • $200/mos Health and Wellness Stipend
  • $400/year Continuing Education Credit
  • $500/year Function Health subscription (US-based only)
  • Free parking, for in-office employees
  • Unlimited Approved PTO
  • Parental Leave for Eligible Employees
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
