About The Position

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health care for the US market. We build a full-scale online clinic - a single product with multiple features - focused on improving the experience of patients and medical providers. We maintain a thoughtful balance between innovation and real-world impact, adopting new approaches only when they deliver tangible value for patients and medical providers. Technology, including AI, is used thoughtfully and pragmatically - we do not chase trends or aim to replace human care. Instead, we embed AI agents into our product only where they have a clear, positive impact on the patient experience, helping patients move through our product faster with greater comfort, transparency, and thoughtful automation. The core focus of the team you will be joining is patient-facing AI assistants that support patients across multiple channels . Current initiatives include: Conversational AI assistants for patients (primary focus) Initial channel: SMS, with expansion to voice, live chat, and email Use of real backend data, including appointments, payments, prescriptions, and medications AI assistants handle well-defined support scenarios and are continuously improved based on real usage, patient feedback, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with hands-on ownership of products in production , ideally SaaS or user experience-driven products
  • Practical experience working with AI-powered products , including at least one full product lifecycle from launch to post-release iteration
  • Previous hands-on experience in software development, QA/testing, or data analysis
  • Strong understanding of AI agents, LLM-based systems , or RAG-based solutions , including their limitations and trade-offs
  • Ability to think in a structured and concise way, make fast and well-reasoned decisions, and work effectively in high-uncertainty environments by independently driving solutions from 0 to 1
  • Ability to work with real user feedback, metrics, and operational constraints

  • Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team

  • Ability to work in a B2B (contractor) format and be available within CET working hours
  • Eligible to work from locations outside of Belarus and Russia
  • English - fluent; Russian - fluent

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a dedicated AI product team, building and scaling patient-facing AI assistants in production
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives together with stakeholders
  • Own AI-driven support scenarios end-to-end - from discovery and prioritization to launch and post-release iteration
  • Design and evolve intent classification and scenario logic based on real user behavior and operational needs
  • Scale AI solutions across multiple channels, starting with SMS and expanding to voice, live chat, and email
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and operations to automate well-defined support workflows
  • Balance automation, quality, and safety to ensure a consistently high patient experience
  • Monitor product performance using metrics, feedback, and real production data, and iterate accordingly
