We build a full-scale online clinic - a single product with multiple features - focused on improving the experience of patients and medical providers. Technology, including AI, is used thoughtfully and pragmatically - we do not chase trends or aim to replace human care. Instead, we embed AI agents into our product only where they have a clear, positive impact on the patient experience, helping patients move through our product faster with greater comfort, transparency, and thoughtful automation. The core focus of the team you will be joining is patient-facing AI assistants that support patients across multiple channels . Current initiatives include: Conversational AI assistants for patients (primary focus) Initial channel: SMS, with expansion to voice, live chat, and email Use of real backend data, including appointments, payments, prescriptions, and medications AI assistants handle well-defined support scenarios and are continuously improved based on real usage, patient feedback, and operational metrics.
