About the Team Join our small, mighty and dynamic team as a Senior AI Outbound Product Manager! In this crucial role, you' will be at the forefront of bringing our innovative AI solutions to life to customers and across the organization. You'll ensure our AI agents are launched successfully, playing a vital role in crafting our product strategy and serving as the definitive expert on our AI and agent product information. About the Role Lead AI Agent Launches: Programmatically lead and implement AI agent launch reviews, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and go-to-market strategies. You'll be the orchestrator of our agent deployments. Champion Customer Testing & Feedback: Drive our Early Access programs with customers, collecting feedback, testing product, and identifying value and use cases. Support AI Adoption: Act as the boots on the ground resource for AI adoption for a select group of customers, focusing on driving use case identification and customer uptake across our agent portfolio. Influence AI Product Strategy: Play a meaningful role in supporting the strategic alignment and development of our AI roadmap. Your insights will directly contribute to skills planning and prioritization, ensuring our AI products meet market needs. Develop Compelling Content: Compose compelling content related to our products for various internal and external collaborators, translating complex technical details into clear, valuable messages.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, outbound product management, or technical program management in SaaS.
  • 1+ year of experience of AI and agentic technologies and their real-world applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and run sophisticated projects with multiple partners, navigating dependencies and working towards successful outcomes.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows, especially how AI can solve them.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences.
  • A proven understanding of AI/ML models and the underlying technologies used by developers.
  • Given the rapid pace of AI innovation, a growth mindset and the ability to stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
