You'll drive architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver ML solutions that solve complex, high-impact problems.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software/ML engineering or data science.
- Expertise in Python and one strongly typed language (Rust, Go, C++, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch in production.
- Strong knowledge of ML pipelines and MLOps principles.
Nice To Haves
- Embedded systems and agentic AI experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead ML product development and guide technical direction.
- Own the full MLOps lifecycle—from data pipelines to deployment.
- Build advanced ML models for text, image, and audio data.
- Ensure best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, and code reviews.
- Collaborate across teams and optimize infrastructure for performance.
