Requirements

Bachelors in Computer Science or 4+ years in lieu of degree
Solid hands on expertise with machine learning pipelines, AI services, and backend system integration
Experience supporting end to end solution delivery, from design through production deployment and operational support
Senior level experience as an AI/ML or software engineer delivering production systems
Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and operating AI/ML solutions in production environments

Nice To Haves

Experience translating funded initiatives or strategic programs into implemented, business impacting technology solutions
Solid understanding of scalability, reliability, and operational requirements for enterprise AI solutions
Proven ability to work with significant autonomy as a senior individual contributor
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including product, platform, and domain stakeholders

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and operate production‑ready AI and machine learning solutions funded under the AI Forward Initiative
Own end‑to‑end implementation of AI capabilities, including AI services, machine learning pipelines, backend integrations, and supporting infrastructure
Translate approved AI Forward use cases from design into scalable, reliable, and reusable production solutions
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and systems, ensuring alignment with architectural and operational standards
Provide ongoing operational support for deployed AI capabilities, including monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution
Partner closely with product, platform, and domain teams to accelerate delivery, reduce execution risk, and meet aggressive milestones
Establish and apply consistent engineering patterns and best practices for AI solution implementation
Ensure AI solutions are implemented, governed, and production‑ready, avoiding prolonged proof‑of‑concept or experimental states
Support adoption of AI capabilities across priority business initiatives tied to AI Forward commitments
