We help teams across ICF shepherd applied-AI products from proof of concept to production-grade applications, acting as a startup within the larger organization. Projects have included augmenting technical assistance teams for healthcare, data extraction and fraud detection for energy utilities, and natural language exploration of large datasets. Our clients include both internal teams and external clients. We're looking for an experienced senior full-stack developer to join our team and help shape both our technical architecture and product direction from the ground up. You'll have the opportunity to build end-to-end features that directly impact our PhD-grade subject matter experts and clients while working in a product-focused environment where user needs drive technical decisions. Our team is fully remote within the U.S., highly collaborative, and values curiosity, empathy, transparency, and customer obsession. We expect the same from you. Fully remote with the following caveat: When the individual is eventually hired, if they live within 25 miles of an ICF office, they should be classified as Hybrid and expected to use the office at least once or twice per month
