About The Position

We are building a modern software platform for the apartment and real estate industry from the ground up. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for a rockstar builder who thrives in an AI-first development environment and wants real ownership in shaping a product at its earliest stage. You will work directly with an experienced industry operator who defines what the platform needs to do. Your role will be to define how it should be built — architecturally, technically, and from a product perspective.

Requirements

• Senior software engineer with strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience building scalable systems from scratch
• Comfortable working in an AI-first development workflow
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate coding and problem-solving
• Strong product intuition — ability to shape systems, not just write code
• High ownership mentality and comfort operating with ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills (English required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
• Background in startup or early-stage environments
• Experience designing agent-based workflows

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a production-level software platform from zero to MVP
• Leverage modern AI tools (LLMs, agent-based workflows, rapid prototyping tools) to accelerate development
• Design scalable, modular system architecture
• Translate business requirements into technical execution
• Think through workflows, UX, and edge cases
• Operate autonomously in an early-stage environment
• Potentially evolve into building or leading a small engineering team
