In this position you will design and deliver AI‑powered and agentic solutions that improve SDLC flow, quality, and developer experience across planning, build, test, and delivery. This role partners closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to embed GenAI into tooling, pipelines, and workflows, moving from advisory agile practices to direct, scalable automation. The role serves as both a technical leader and hands‑on engineer, translating AI capabilities into measurable SDLC outcomes. In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of advanced Python development experience building production services, integrating APIs, and managing data pipelines
• 2+ years of experience with either GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• 2+ years of experience using Git for source code version control, including branching, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows
• 6+ months of experience developing or deploying AI‑powered tools, chatbots, LLM‑based automation, or agentic workflows, including understanding of AI risks, observability needs, and stakeholder communication

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience with UI/UX - React, Java script, neo4j, MongoDB & Tachyon
• Strong foundation in building and operating production systems, including distributed services, API‑driven architectures, and CI/CD integrations
• Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI and/or agentic AI to real‑world workflows, including LLM‑based automation, AI agents, or copilots embedded in developer tools or platforms
• Experience integrating AI into SDLC tooling such as source control, backlog management, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or compliance workflows
• Ability to translate engineering and delivery pain points into AI‑driven solutions with measurable impact (e.g., flow efficiency, quality, cycle time, or developer productivity)
• Proven collaboration skills working across product, platform, and architecture teams to influence engineering transformation through working software
