About The Position

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a newly formed innovation team focused on accelerating software development through AI-driven solutions. This team is tasked with leveraging existing AI models and tools-not building models from scratch-to streamline development processes and deliver high-impact projects across a diverse product portfolio. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work on complex, high-priority initiatives, applying your expertise in software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving to integrate AI into modern development workflows. This is an opportunity to shape cutting-edge practices and validate strategies for AI-assisted coding at scale.

Requirements

• Proven AI Software Engineering Experience: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in software development (please provide specifics).
• Senior-Level Full Stack Expertise: Strong background in .NET and React; flexibility to work across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Cloud Agnostic: Comfortable working in diverse cloud environments.
• CI/CD Proficiency: Experience with centralized workflows on GitHub and integrated AI tools.
