You will leverage deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, chatbots, and robotics to enhance business outcomes and drive innovation. Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a software tester or software quality assurance specialist.
• At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development.
• More than 3 years of experience applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Over 3 years of experience with MLOps, LLMOps, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with innovation accelerators.
• Experience with cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct R D processes to align with our AI strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business areas where AI solutions can drive significant benefits.
• Develop and analyze AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Collaborate on functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership.
• Develop generative AI-based software solutions based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Document and articulate solution architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.
• Develop automated tools to create test frameworks for multiple test cases.
• Execute comprehensive testing against generative AI models to ensure all features function as intended.
• Collaborate with multiple test teams to design and develop verification and validation strategies.
