This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer, AI Services in United States. This role is for a hands-on AI engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions. You will work on multi-agent systems, workflow automation, and AI integration across business processes like document intelligence, coding automation, service desk, and decision support. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and direct client engagement. You will have the opportunity to shape scalable, production-ready AI solutions, influence internal engineering standards, and contribute to the growth of an innovative AI services practice. This is a client-facing, fast-paced environment requiring both technical expertise and strategic thinking.

  • Design, build, and deploy multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
  • Develop custom agents for document processing, workflow automation, and business process orchestration.
  • Integrate LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines (Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Snowflake Cortex, pgvector).
  • Build and operate production-grade AI pipelines, memory/state stores, and event-driven triggers.
  • Implement robust data transformations, validation, and versioning for downstream workflows.
  • Connect agents to enterprise systems including SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Oracle, APIs, and databases.
  • Embed monitoring, observability, and guardrails for multi-agent systems, including automated testing and incident reviews.
  • Collaborate with clients, solution managers, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
  • Contribute to documentation, architecture diagrams, proposals, and client-facing materials.
  • Mentor junior engineers and develop internal best practices, reusable components, and reference architectures.
  • Strong Python engineering skills, including async patterns, APIs, and event-driven design.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
  • Demonstrated experience building production ETL, orchestration, and workflow automation pipelines (Kafka, EventBridge, Airflow, Celery, n8n, AWS).
  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines (Pinecone, pgvector, Elasticsearch, LlamaIndex).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, observability, CI/CD, containerization, and model deployment patterns.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems or APIs in production.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills in agile environments.
  • Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Mosaic, NVIDIA NIMs, operating agentic systems at scale, and client-facing or consulting environments.
  • Competitive salary range: $230,000 – $300,000 per year (OTE including target bonus).
