Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or SEO-driven editorial roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
• Proven experience creating MOFU/BOFU content with measurable conversion impact.
• Familiarity managing AI-assisted content workflows using tools such as AirOps, Clearscope, or Gemini.
• Strong editorial judgment, storytelling, and content structuring skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working with SEO, Product Marketing, Web, and Creative teams to align content with strategy.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives and optimize for pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content marketing roadmap aligned with business goals and pipeline growth objectives.
• Lead creation, refresh, and optimization of MOFU/BOFU content that is structured, semantically rich, and AI-ready.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product Marketing, Creative, and Web teams to ensure content discoverability, relevance, and conversion focus.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows to automate content planning, drafting, review, and approval while maintaining quality standards.
• Track and report on key metrics such as share of citation, pipeline influence, and content refresh velocity.
• Identify content gaps, especially high-value BOFU assets, and manage their development to support revenue goals.
