Here, in the Advanced Packaging and Technology Manufacturing (APTM) group, you will be part of a team responsible for developing AI-driven solutions that will revolutionize every aspect of advanced packaging development, from design concept to high-volume manufacturing. You will have to architect a solution to leverage Agentic AI at-scale with an incredibly diverse and complex set of industry leading tools. Key Responsibilities Think big. Be a leader. Act as technical authority for multi-agent system design and establish best practices for agent development, ensuring modularity and scalability. Build SDKs, templates, and developer standards that will accelerate the adoption and integration of agentic solutions. Design APIs and plugins for connecting agents to existing enterprise tools, data, and workflows. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, Software Engineering or related discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience -OR- PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, Software Engineering or related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience Relevant experience must include any of the following: Experience designing and deploying multi-agent or agentic AI systems A working understanding of the core components to an agent orchestration platform Strong knowledge of LLMs and their applications Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers to provide agents with governed access to enterprise knowledge.
