About The Position

Claris, an Apple company with over 30 years of experience building transformative software, is entering a new era of AI-native development. We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to own the design and development of scalable backend infrastructure that powers intelligent, autonomous workflows. In this role, you'll architect and implement resilient systems that support multi-agent coordination, context-aware task execution, and seamless integration with internal and third-party services. Your leadership will drive the real-time orchestration of agents that interact with data, APIs, and users-unlocking smarter, faster, and more adaptive applications at scale.

Requirements

• Strong programming proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of agent architectures and orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow orchestration and execution systems.
• Familiarity with document and graph data storage technologies like MongoDB or KuzuDB.
• Understanding of AI memory systems, including contextual embeddings and long-term memory management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with LangMem or LangGraph.
• Awareness of ethical AI principles, particularly around user privacy and data security.
