ASRC Research and Technology Solutions (ARTS) is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Unified Cyber Situational Awareness (UCSA) program located in Pensacola, FL. The ideal candidate will have one or more active certifications: Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM). We are looking for a servant leader who champions the Agile mindset through effective guidance, coaching, education, and removal of impediments to team progress. This role is responsible for building high-performing teams focused on constantly improving team dynamics and performance. Supports the Release Train Engineer role as needed.
