About The Position

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Agile Program Manager to lead the Agile transformation within the IT Business Applications Portfolio. The position requires a strategic mindset to align the IT portfolio with business objectives and ensure the delivery of value through effective project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of IT experience with a track record of leading parallel technical programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Align).
• Background with technology solutions such as S/4 HANA and supply chain management software.
• Familiarity with business processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in Agile Transformation and execution.
• Experience with Jira dashboards and business intelligence tools like PowerBI.
• Ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation program for the IT Business Applications Portfolio.
• Develop and implement the roadmap for the IT portfolio in alignment with business objectives and company strategy.
• Incorporate the voice of the customer and prioritize technical and business projects.
• Work with project owners to define project scope, success criteria, budget, and resource requirements.
• Identify and run multi-functional dependencies, collaborating with enterprise teams.
