About The Position
Harness your technical and strategic expertise to shape innovative client solutions and bridge product capabilities with real-world challenges! As a Senior Agile Delivery and Transformation Lead on the Data & Analytics (D&A) Team, you’ll drive three key responsibilities: managing a team of Agility Leads (ALs), Agility Lead Managers, Product Agility Leads (PALs), driving multi-product performance improvement efforts, and ensuring robust metrics and governance. As the Senior Agile Delivery and Transformation Lead, you’ll foster a culture of innovation and high performance. You will be a critical pillar in our enterprise agility strategy, helping scale best practices across the entire product portfolio, as well as to meet the needs of a complex, product-driven organization. You’ll enhance team effectiveness, quality, speed, and overall employee and client experience by reducing barriers and improving practices.
