About The Position
Fidelity Digital Assets is dedicated to building products and services that help institutions adopt digital assets and innovate within the increasingly digital world of finance. Fidelity Investments began researching blockchain technology and digital assets solutions in 2014, where years of research and development have provided us with the deep expertise necessary to build the future of finance. As a Senior Agile Business Analyst on the Fidelity Digital Assets Product Delivery team, you would have the opportunity to directly contribute towards this future. The Senior Agile Business Analyst plays a critical role in the Agile Delivery and Enablement chapter by gaining deep insights into our Fidelity Digital Assets Jira and Jira Align data. This role will provide analysis on portfolio management for Fidelity Digital Assets, at the initiative, product area and squad levels. The analysis will also extend to conduct feedback surveys to our internal members and external stakeholders to understand customer satisfaction, drivers of our success and areas of opportunity, and key performance indicators.
