Requirements

• Experienced in all aspects of Ocean Export coordination (monitoring, dispatching, issuing invoices, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of the Ocean Export process, EEI, and NVOCC / Non-NVOCC
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Flexibility with hours
• Diligent in following SOP's
• Word, Excel skills
• DG certified, preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Identify, organize, and coordinate customer shipping requirements.
• Accurately and efficiently prepare documents for ocean export and import shipments.
• Accurately and timely prepare billing invoices and all required AS400 database entries.
• Effectively coordinate pickup and delivery orders.
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service through daily communication with customers via email and telephone.
