Senior Affiliate Manager – Lead Gen & Publisher Partnerships
About The Position
Motive Interactive is a performance-based marketing company and affiliate network with over 20 years of experience driving measurable results for advertisers and publishers. We specialize in lead generation, performance media, and scalable affiliate partnerships across a wide range of verticals including insurance, health, home services, auto, and financial services. We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to help grow and scale our network of direct publishers and performance-driven affiliates . This role focuses on generating new revenue by building strong, productive relationships with publishers who deliver high-quality CPL traffic. You will serve as a strategic partner to the publishers you manage — helping them launch, optimize, and grow campaigns while maintaining strong lead quality and long-term advertiser performance. This is a senior, revenue-impacting role for someone who understands both traffic and relationship management.
Requirements
- Min 2+, preferably 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance media
- Experience working with direct publishers and traffic partners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and payout structures
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers, CAKE, Voluum, or similar
- Self-motivated and able to manage relationships and revenue independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience in CPL verticals such as insurance, health, home services, or finance
- History of growing high-volume publisher accounts
- Understanding of compliance, lead quality, and advertiser expectations
- Background at an affiliate network, lead generation company, or performance agency
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage direct affiliates and performance publishers
- Identify and activate new traffic partners with strong CPL or CPA experience
- Work closely with publishers to launch and scale lead generation campaigns
- Analyze performance, conversion rates, and lead quality to improve results
- Collaborate with internal compliance, analytics, and advertiser teams
- Build long-term publisher relationships that drive sustainable revenue
