About The Position

We are looking for a skilled AEM Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager and a solid understanding of insurance business processes. The role involves developing and enhancing digital platforms that support customer engagement policy servicing and claims management for insurance clients.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager including Sites and Assets.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi and RESTful services.
  • Experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and client side libraries.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes such as customer onboarding policy servicing and claims workflows.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools CICD pipelines and cloud based AEM deployments.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AEM components templates workflows and integrations tailored to insurance use cases.
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate insurance requirements into scalable AEM solutions.
  • Implement responsive and accessible frontend interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern frameworks.
  • Integrate AEM with backend systems such as policy administration CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure code quality performance optimization and adherence to development best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning estimation and delivery.
  • Support testing deployment and postproduction activities across multiple insurance platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions in alignment with service level expectations.
