The Senior Advisor for Research Strategy & Operations is a key strategic partner to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), providing leadership and operational support for specific high-priority research initiatives and strategic planning projects, as determined by the CSO and Dana-Farber President & CEO. This role is responsible for conducting competitive market analyses, developing and managing the implementation of an integrated research strategic plan, and developing business and operating plans. The Senior Advisor collaborates with leadership, faculty, and external partners to identify domestic and global research market opportunities, discern institutional advantages, address vulnerabilities, and ensure alignment with institutional goals. This position requires a strong ability to synthesize complex information, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver actionable insights to advance Dana-Farber's research mission. Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care.
