  • Establish and maintain product offer data governance and cadence of customer offer types globally across company sales catalogs in conjunction with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering, and our outsourcing partners.
  • Ensure offer stability to sales and valid information through the release of product offer data across all sales motions online & offline; support definition, solution, and execution of individual market requirements.
  • Identify strategic opportunities across catalog, supply chain types, and markets globally to help guide PG & segment product marketing to develop and gain market share.
  • Identify and implement PD long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements in support of revenue targets.
  • Prioritize and route product offer data for new product launches and sustaining data change requests through the product life cycle, ensuring all relevant and appropriate approvals are in place.
  • Minimize the amounts of change requests associated to the PD in Work in Process (WIP) by improving status and follow-up techniques with customers.
  • Help lead global strategic projects to closure with the agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Strong Strategic Agility and leadership/executive-level communications skills.
  • Ability to deal with Ambiguity and Change, and help coordinate differing global ideas and opinions to viable solutions.
  • Experience working globally and within a global team, with the potential of minimal leadership oversight at times.
  • Knowledge of product offer data and experience delivering strong operational excellence and customer support.
  • Experience leading and delivering transformational global Program/Project Management.
  • Requires 5+ Years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • MBA preferred.
