In this job, you'll shape and drive internal communication strategies, engage employees across all levels, foster a culture of transparency and inclusion, and enhance the company's brand and employee experiences through strategic planning, content development, stakeholder management, and visual storytelling. In this role, you will manage the company's newsletters, handling content curation, development and design. You'll execute employee awareness and engagement activities, including high-profile internal communications. Working with executives and subject matter experts, you'll develop and implement strategic communication plans and assess their effectiveness. You must bring strategic thinking, strong employee communications experience and be passionate about creating impactful messages that inform, engage and inspire. Additionally, you will serve as PIO during Incident Management Team activations and after hours (including nights and weekends) on call duty on a rotational basis.
