About The Position
The Senior Advisor, Healthcare Contract Negotiation is responsible for directing Managed Care operations and administrative management for managed care contracting, ensuring compliance and performance processes. This role involves advanced contract drafting, conducting payer negotiations, and maintaining key payer relationships while serving as a communication point for internal customers and MCOs. The incumbent will also help develop and implement OhioHealth's managed care and population health strategy, monitor market trends, and provide strategic support for new business ventures and value-based programs.
