About The Position

As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will serve as the
primary connection between Engineering and Production for our Navigation product
line. This individual ensures rapid response to factory issues, drives root
cause and corrective action, and strengthens the link between design intent and
manufacturing execution. The engineering development team is based in
Minneapolis, MN; the factory production line is in Clearwater, FL. This liaison
will ensure close communication and alignment with production and new product
introduction (NPI) ISC.

You will report directly to our
Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of
our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

The ideal candidate has strong technical breadth, thrives under pressure, and
builds trust quickly on the factory floor. They are both problem-solver and
bridge-builder, equally comfortable working alongside technicians or
collaborating with design engineers on next-generation products. They must also
be able to contribute to Commercial Navigation design programs when not engaged
with production or NPI.
