The Sr. Advanced Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the software engineers and quality engineers for the front end Checkout/Cart team and the front end Post Order team, which includes Cart, Checkout, Grocer Pickup and Delivery, Substitutions, Receipts, Refunds, and Purchase History. These two teams are at the heart of our eCommerce experience and are critical to improving key business performance metrics. Direct and manage the software design, development, implementation and support of multiple teams and/or their supporting processes to meet organizational expectations. Lead the strategic direction and function as a liaison across the Technology and Digital organization, and business stakeholders. Lead and uphold the associate continuous high-performance process.
