As a Senior Advanced Software Engineer in the Space and Intelligence Systems business, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for design, development, and test of specialized solutions that are launched into space and considered by our customers to be national assets. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Department of Defense Top Secret clearance required at time of hire.
- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Polygraph within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Nice To Haves
- 8+ years of experience
- embedded real-time operating systems (VxWorks, Integrity, PetaLinux)
- C/C++, Java, and Python programming languages
- Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the software development life cycle
- Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges
