We would like someone who can deligate work in progress, prioratise with the planning staff and work with engineering to trouble shoot and correct any defects that come into the area. Putting quality over quantity, the Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you’ll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance. Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred
  • Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
  • Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking
  • Distinct communication and computer skills
  • Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
