As a member of the manufacturing team, the Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting cost estimation, new product launch and leading standardization and innovation initiatives. Your work will include, but not be limited to: Developing manufacturing processes and related equipment for new electrical components (PCBAs and Box-Builds). Processes will primarily include automation, assembly, and quality control. Cost estimation - new/modified business quoting. Launching of new equipment for products. Automation and industrialization planning. Develop and maintain budgets and timelines. Prepare RFQs (requests for quotation), evaluate responses, provide recommendations. Develop materials for and participate in technical reviews with customers. Work with Quality and Plant engineers to develop PFMEA, work instructions, and control plans. Expected to be able to concept and define processes, while working with and managing integrators. Willingness and ability to travel as development and launch schedules dictate. Develop and implement manufacturing best practices and lessons learned from Global network.
