  • Design and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to Key projects, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Lead facility-related construction, renovation, and upgrade projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery of specialized services.
  • Evaluate and implement facility layout changes to support evolving business needs and improve operational workflows.
  • Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact and operating costs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field); PE license preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in facility engineering or building systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
  • Proven experience managing capital projects and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
