About The Position

Laboratory Design and Facilties Team is a group of engineers and technicians within Engines & Power Systems’ Engineering Test Services (ETS) organization. ETS is responsible for planning and execute engine testing from IPDS Phase 2 through Phase 6 for all of the E&PS product portfolio. We are currently supporting new centerline designs as well as several derivative products, cost reduction projects and SRD programs. The Laboratory Desing and Facilities team is responsible for ensuring these engine tests have the right test equipment and infrastructure available when they need it. We work with lab engineering teams, program (UUT) focal and capital stakeholders to ensure our equipment meets the customers’ requirements and ensure execution of successful tests. Responsibilities A Senior Advanced Engineer in this role will leverage their advanced knowledge of engineering processes, discipline and tools to estimate, plan and execute tasks and projects related to the development and certification of Honeywell engines.
