About The Position

As an advanced electrical engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for design, integration, and test. Our customers approach us to solve their most demanding problems, and most of our projects require a considerable amount of creative thinking and a willingness to develop new solutions and take measured risks. As an engineer on our team, you would have the opportunity to gain broad electrical design experience and gain mentorship from others with decades of background in multiple technical disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leadership or Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
• Analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis, including Hyperlynx (PI and SI) and LTSpice.
• High-voltage regulator design and associated design rules.
• Digital backplane design (e.g., 3U VPX) in compliance with VITA / SOSA specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, integration, and testing of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering problems.
• Drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design.
