Senior Advanced DSP Systems Engineers analyze, design, develop, and test DSP algorithms implemented in hardware and software for RF-based systems. Your duties would include statistical signal processing, multi-rate signal processing, and DSP for mitigating/processing RF effects. Exceptional candidates have work experience of algorithm development for the statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements utilizing techniques from Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications and Information Theory.

  • Analyze, design, develop, and test DSP algorithms for RF-based systems.
  • Conduct systems requirements analysis.
  • Perform performance verification and validation.
  • Engage in fixed point model conversion for hardware implementation.
  • Collaborate on software/hardware implementation.
  • Verify and validate system performance in the lab.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing anti-jam systems with spatial beamforming-beam nulling.
  • Knowledge of STAP, SFAP, or similar AJ algorithms.
  • Experience developing a multi-channel anti jam algorithm from a mathematical perspective.
  • Strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools.
  • Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills.
