About The Position

Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Senior Advanced Data Scientist to join their team. As a Senior Advanced Data Scientist, you will be a key member of the clients global, high-performing AI/ML team, driving the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge data-driven solutions across all business groups and functions. This role demands technical depth, strategic vision, and leadership in shaping the future of AI/ML capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related STEM field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including prototyping and deploying models in commercial environments
• Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
• Strong experience with distributed computing and storage systems (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy production-grade ML pipelines using containerized microservices and orchestration tools
• Solid understanding of MLOps best practices for scalable and reliable model deployment

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and solutions that deliver measurable business growth and operational excellence across diverse domains
• Define and govern enterprise analytics strategy, influencing the roadmap for AI/ML capabilities within the platform and promoting best practices across global teams
• Architect end-to-end data science solutions, including data acquisition strategies, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and scalable model deployment
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into mission-critical platforms
• Champion innovation in AI/ML, leveraging emerging technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and reinforcement learning to solve complex business challenges
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
