Here's what you'd do: The ServiceNow Developer will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Vulnerability Response (VR) application and related Security Operations (SecOps) modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that support enterprise vulnerability management processes, ensuring seamless data flow, effective remediation workflows, and strong integration with security tools. In addition to SecOps expertise, the developer will act as a key designer and builder of ServiceNow catalog items, request workflows, and automated processes across Information Technology Service Management, Information Technology Operations Management, and other platform capabilities. The role includes day-to-day system administration, platform configuration, release management support, and ensuring adherence to governance, best practices, and architectural standards.
