About The Position

This role will provide high level administrative support as a key partner to the Executive Assistant of Power Efficiency Solutions and support to a variety leadership team members. In the role, the Administrative Assistant will perform office management related duties for the PES Milwaukee office location. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a key administrative partner to executive leaders with demonstrated ability in developing collaborative relationships within the team and across the organization. This administrative partner must have the passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, be able to employ forward thinking, and have the ability to anticipate and expeditiously execute tasks, projects and programs.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant in an executive leadership environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to this position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic while possessing professional presence.
  • Working knowledge of basic business terminology and concepts along with the ability to read, proofread and organize documents.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint experience a plus
  • Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regal’s 80/20 principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and influence resources outside one’s direct responsibility.
  • Capability of operating independently with the highest level of integrity, ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Providing primary day-to-day administrative support
  • Planning and arranging domestic and international travels
  • Facilitating the planning, agendas and arrangement of meetings and travel
  • Prioritizing matters for handling and processing in a timely manner and tracking to ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Managing calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Creating important professional relationships and trust across organizations
  • Drafting, proofreading, editing, organizing, tracking and filing various business documents in accordance with established protocols, including presentations, letters, messages, reports, memoranda, agreements, meeting agendas, and other corporate documents
  • Working closely with internal and external business associates and contacts to foster professional communication, including onsite engagement
  • Serving as a liaison with HR with candidates & new hires to acclimate them into Regal Rexnord
  • Organizing, maintaining, and updating electronic files and databases
  • Ensuring and protecting the confidentiality of Regal Rexnord’s business matters
