About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple directors within our organization. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and processing expense reports. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: Calendar Management: Maintain and manage busy calendars for directors, including scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, sending reminders, and anticipating scheduling needs. Working group and Offsite coordination: Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings for multiple directors. Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and ensure all logistics are arranged, including room bookings and technology setup. Travel Booking: Arrange detailed travel itineraries for directors, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings. Ensure all travel plans align with company policies and directors’ preferences. Expense Reporting: Prepare, submit, and track expense reports on behalf of directors. Ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursement. General Administrative Support: Coordinate with other administrative assistants across the director and executive level to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar support role, preferably supporting executive-level leaders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with travel booking platforms and expense management systems is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
