About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Commercial Banking Administrative Services Group supporting various businesses in Commercial Banking. This dynamic and innovative role focuses on delivering exceptional administrative support and leveraging leadership abilities to ensure operational efficiency. The position requires mastery of complex administrative tasks, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced Administrative Assistants. Serve as a subject matter expert on administrative processes and best practices. Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule meetings for senior leaders. Prepare moderately complex reports and reconcile expense accounts with accuracy. Execute high-level administrative, transactional, and operational tasks with professionalism. Compile and organize information for reporting and documentation. Ensure seamless execution of administrative workflows and adherence to company standards. Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures with clarity and confidence. Professionally manage calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses Partner with key internal partners to provide resolutions to administrative issues Support and engage with senior leaders administratively across the organization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Background in banking, financial services, or administrative services.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Experience supporting remote teams in various time zones.
  • Proficient in SAP Concur (travel), expense reporting, calendar management, event coordination, and invoice management.
  • Proactive in learning new systems and processes.
  • Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication for executive interactions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
