About The Position

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Once the Distribution Center is complete and operational, it will transition to fully onsite, 5 days a week. This position offers a base hourly range of $19.46 - $32.41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. OVERVIEW Provide the Senior Leadership and management teams with administrative support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative assistant role required.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, input, and maintain data for production, accuracy, and operational reporting.
  • Prepare, assemble, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Design, produce, and distribute Operations Newsletter.
  • Coordinate department-wide supply needs, including generating and processing purchase orders.
  • Plan and coordinate annual SDS Operations appreciate event.
  • Prepare informational postings and other business correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for safety meetings, record minutes, and distribute Safety Pulse.
  • Support leadership with presentation materials and related documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and phone support.
  • Create and print adhesive labels for racking, piping, parts, and related operational needs
