About The Position

The Senior Administrative Assistant at Blueprint1122 partners closely with the General Manager to bring clarity, structure and follow-through to a fast-moving business development and communications environment. This role combines the precision of administrative support with the judgment and awareness of an executive assistant, managing details while keeping the broader context of time, communication and systems in view. The position exists to reduce friction, increase focus and ensure that internal and external commitments are carried out with excellence.

  • Practical experience using CRM systems to enter, retrieve and interpret information in support of sales activity, client relationships and leadership reporting

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
  • Organize and optimize the General Manager’s time and workflow by managing the calendar, travel and scheduling priorities to ensure focus on key initiatives and timely decisions
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-through by preparing appropriate context, materials, documented next steps and CRM updates while managing inbound requests with discretion and urgency
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and communications, including formatting, version control and document organization, ensuring materials are accurate and ready in advance of meetings, travel or client engagements
  • Support executive-level reporting by pulling relevant information from the CRM and other systems to provide clear, accurate summaries and updates for internal leadership discussions
  • Provide proactive high-level support by anticipating needs, tracking commitments and ensuring deadlines, follow-ups and key decisions are documented and advanced appropriately
